What we collect

This website collects only what you choose to send us:

• Book a call: your name, work email, company, your area of interest and your message.
• Readiness check: your answers stay in your browser unless you ask for your results. If you do, we receive your answers, scores, name, work email and company.

We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and this website sets no cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, to prepare for a call you asked for, and to send the results you requested. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Where it's stored

Information is stored encrypted in Amazon Web Services data centers in the United States. Access is limited to GridTailor staff who need it and requires multi-factor authentication.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to 3 years, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email privacy@gridtailor.com.

Customers of the GridTailor platform

Data processed in the GridTailor platform on a customer's behalf is covered by that customer's agreement with us, not by this website policy.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
